Kingston National Bank's response to COVID-19:

July 10, 2020

As of Friday, July 10, 2020 at 6:00PM, our offices in Circleville, South Bloomfield and Amanda will require masks to enter our lobbies. This requirement is a mandate from Governor DeWine for Pickaway and Fairfield counties because of the increase in COVID-19 infections. Thank you for your cooperation. Our drive-thru's, ATM's, and mobile/online banking is always available as an alternative.

May 22, 2020

On Monday , June 1, 2020 we will be reopening our Bank lobbies. Please understand, we find our selves still in the midst of this pandemic, so things might look a little different then you are use to at KNB.

We still believe that using our DRIVE THRU’s, ATM’s and Mobile/Online banking is the safest way to bank during this time.

We are following the guidelines of Responsible Restart Ohio set forth by Governor DeWine and Ohio Department of Health.

These guidelines are for your safety and ours, so please be respectful.

Please be prepared to show your identification.

After we have identified you, please consider wearing a mask for the protection of everyone.
We will have a mask and hand sanitizer station available in each lobby for your convenience.

We are limiting the number of people in our lobby so we can help customers feel confident that they are safe. Someone will be at the door directing customers for the first couple of weeks to help everything run smooth.

Please remember to practice social distancing. 6 feet apart!

Most important, please do not enter our lobby if you are symptomatic. Please respect our customers and staff by playing it safe.

Thank you so much for your cooperation and stay safe. We are all in this together.

Regarding COVID-19

Kingston National Bank

Hello, I am Phil Evans, President and CEO of Kingston National Bank.

I would like to take a moment to address the current COVID-19 environment and to explain the precautions that we are taking to keep our customers and staff safe during these times. We understand that the continued media coverage of this pandemic creates an atmosphere of anxiousness, but we want to assure you that Kingston National Bank is being proactive about your financial health. We continue to monitor the advice and direction of the Ohio Department of Health, the CDC and Governor DeWine.

I want to assure you that Kingston National Bank is in a very strong financial and capital position and will be here to help our customers and communities as we navigate the next few months. We believe that banks are in a much stronger position to handle this crisis and Kingston National Bank is poised for such a time as this.

Here are the steps that Kingston National Bank is taking to protect our customers, staff and community:

As of Friday, March 20, 2020 we will be closing our lobbies to the public. All drive thru locations will remain OPEN during our normal business hours.

Our phones will continue to be open to answer questions and help you with your financial needs, Monday - Thursday 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM (some locations 6:00PM) and Saturday’s 8:30AM to 12:00PM.

Our customer service and lending staff will be available by phone (800-337-4562) during normal business hours and by appointment only to continue to support our customers.

We encourage customers to use our suite of online banking products like Kingston Connect, Mobiliti, Mobile Deposit, Online Bill Payment and Transfer Now. These online conveniences are tested and proven to help you manage your finances from home, helping you maintain “social distancing”. Our website is a great resource to educate yourself on these products. You are always welcome to call a member of our Internet banking team to personally walk you through any of our products.

All of our ATM locations and Night Deposit boxes will remain open and available for your convenience.

If you are personally affected by the mandates of this pandemic and your employment or business has been impacted, please know that Kingston National Bank is here to help. Please call your lender to develop a plan to help you through this time until life normalizes.

With anxiety levels at an all-time high, please understand that there are still people out there who are preying on these fears. Please remember, never give your personal or account information to anyone over the phone. These calls are all scams. Do not fall victim to these fraudsters, you can always call us to help you in these situations.

All of these precautions like social distancing, the limiting of public gatherings, cancellations and the closing of businesses are for the purpose of protecting our at-risk community. Kingston National Bank is doing our part to help flatten the curve of this pandemic and ensure the health of our customers, families and community.

Thank you for allowing Kingston National Bank to serve you. We will pull through this crisis together.

Kingston National Bank continues to monitor the advice and direction of the Ohio Department of Health, CDC, and Governor Dewine. While we continue to remain open at the time, we have taken additional steps to protect our customers, employees and associates. We are being diligent in our cleaning and sanitation efforts within our public workspaces. First and foremost, we are asking all customers, employees and associates to be respectful of one another. Everyone has a responsibility to monitor their own health conditions and take appropriate steps to minimize the potential spread of COVID-19 or any other communicable disease. We are encouraging our employees to remain at home if they do not feel well and we ask the same of our customers. By working together, we can take responsible steps to flatten the curve of this outbreak.

This is a good time to take advantage of the alternative ways Kingston National Bank has available for you to continue to conduct your banking business. The use of our Kingston Connect Online Banking and our Mobiliti Banking application for your smartphone are great ways to manage your finances. We have added features like mobile deposit and online bill payment to provide greater convenience from home. Our Drive Thru operations remain open and can be used to help you maintain social distancing. Contacting us via telephone and email is a safe and viable way to get answers to your questions.

In these times, we encourage everyone to be responsible and respectful in their actions. Kingston National Bank will be here to serve our customers. We promise to continue to monitor this situation closely and take additional action, if needed.

Thank you for banking with Kingston National Bank!

Our Community… Your Bank.
